The questionnaire asks questions about reactions and affects of reality television including news programs, sports events, award shows, nature documentaries, game shows, and others such as "Intervention," "Hoarders," "How It's Made," "American Idol," etc. Please answer the questions thoroughly, but concisely. Please use another sheet if you have a paper copy, use the free space at the end if you are completing this online, or type your answers if you are completing this in Microsoft Word. The questionnaire will take less than thirty minutes to complete. Please return your completed survey as soon as possible. It is unnecessary to put your name anywhere on the questionnaire.
